Okay I know ramai yang tak suka taylor swift, I don't know why. Maybe Hanah pun tergolong dalam golongan tu jugak. It's not about her personality tapi mungkin Hanah tak minat dengan country songs dia kot. Tapi tak bermakna Hanah can ignore apa yang dia cakap kat atas ni. Betul apa yang dia cakap. Kita selalu tak bercakap, selalu tak speak out kita nye mind sebab takut kita tersalah cakap ke, takut menyakiti hati orang lain. Memanglah kita kena refrain diri kita, I mean, think before we say it, tapi kadang-kadang tu people yang misinterpret apa yang kita cuba nak sampaikan. Then tersebar lah benda-benda buruk yang tak sepatutnya. Lastly, diri kita sendiri yang kena cemuh. Frankly speaking, itu memang ada dalam diri Hanah, Hanah memang takut nak speak out, nak say what I have to say, sebab people nanti balas and pandai putar belitkan apa yang Hanah cakap. Ends up, Hanah yang kena balik. So I prefer to senyap. Tapi bila senyap, orang pijak kepala pulak. Now, Hanah needs to gather strength to speak up bila perlu. Kalau dah terang-terang Hanah salah Hanah admit la kan the mistake. Tapi kalau Hanah tak bersalah Hanah kene lah speak up for myself so I don't get tread around like trash. And sesiapa pun yang rasa camtu kene start to speak up okay. We need to make a move, we need a whole new chapter. The same chapter dalam buku pun tak goes on forever kan. And bila dah habis buku tu, kita start buku baru betul tak? So to all out there yang sebelum ni rasa timid ke apa, meditate, take yoga class ke, stress management ke apa ke la motivational things yang boleh increase kita nye strength to bela diri sendiri.
